Our vineyard management information and process are listed below. Our treatment process is listed in greater detail within your custom vineyard care package documents, which will be provided to you after our in-person consultation.

Our seasonal management begins as soon we complete your vineyard. In the first year, you will see your vineyard grow from a small clone into a ready-to-trellis young grapevine.

Once we have entered your vineyard’s second year planted, we will set “cordons” and begin to watch your vines grow properly through their new, VSP trellis system. All of our fungicide/insecticide sprays and applied-nutrients are fully organic, and will be applied based on necessity, to ensure a full, healthy harvest.

And, voila! A beautiful, fully harvested Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in La Cresta, CA.

Once your producing vineyard has entered it’s ripening phase; known as “Veraison,” we will then install shade netting, to keep bees, birds, hornets, rats, snails and more away from your harvest. Within roughly a month or two, we will remove your netting, and harvest!
